What is a health coach?

A Health Coach guides you to make healthy lifestyle choices, by working with you to figure out exactly what your body needs needs to feel it’s best, at a pace that is comfortable and works for you.

why do i need a health coach?

You might choose to work with a health coach for a number of different reasons such as increasing your energy, improving your sleep or simply just to feel good and make better choices for your health.

what can i expect to get out of working with a health coach?

I will meet you where you are and design a program specifically tailored to you. We will meet twice a month, I will be available via email and text, and I love sharing resources and goodies with you that I think will really help amplify your experience. But Health Coaching is really about being all in and holding yourself accountable. You have to want this for yourself more than anyone else.

what does a health coach not do?

A health coach does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, interpret medical results, write diet plans, or recommend supplements.

who needs a health coach?

Honestly, I believe that everyone could benefit from having a health coach! There is so much information around wellness out there, health coaches design a program that works best for you and your body to meet your health and wellness goals.

what if i want to extend my sessions?

You mean you loved your experience so much that you want to continue?! This is music to my ears. My 3 & 6 month Programs really just scratch the surface of what is possible. You will receive an entirely new customized program meeting you where you are as we continue working together on building sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle.

why is the first session free?

You’ve taken the first step toward making real change but it’s important you have a true understanding of how health coaching works so you know to expect. The first session is really just to get a better understanding of where you are at (we will go over a health history form that you will fill out prior to our meeting), your health goals and make sure this is the right path for you.
